the Pooh<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><b><i>Bambi<\/i><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00458a;\"><b>Libert\u00e0 dal copyright<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, per la precisione.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esattamente 96 anni dopo la creazione dei due personaggi, rispettivamente \u201cfigli\u201d delle penne degli scrittori <\/span><span style=\"color: #00458a;\"><b>Alan Alexander Milne <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e <\/span><\/span><b><span style=\"color: #00458a;\">Felix Salten<\/span>, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">chiunque potr\u00e0 riutilizzarli senza obblighi economici.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ma attenzione!<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se \u00e8 vero che per tutti i prodotti nati negli USA vige il <\/span><span style=\"color: #00458a;\"><b>Copyright Term Extension Act<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del 1998, \u00e8 altrettanto vero che le versioni firmate Disney sono posteriori<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2026<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facciamo un passo indietro.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il \u201cSonny Bono Act\u201d (chiamato cos\u00ec dai media perch\u00e9 fortemente voluto dal cantante e parlamentare Sonny Bono) o \u201cMickey Mouse Protection Act\u201d (perch\u00e9 casualmente approvato a ridosso della scadenza dei diritti su Mickey Mouse!) \u00e8 una legge approvata il 27 ottobre 1998 che estende di 20 anni i termini di protezione per le opere registrate dopo il 1923 negli USA ed \u00e8 tuttora in vigore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prima del 1998 era in vigore il <\/span><span style=\"color: #00458a;\"><b>Copyright Act del 1976<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, che prevedeva una durata massima di 75 anni dopo la pubblicazione (95 se l\u2019opera appartiene a un\u2019impresa).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con l&#8217;approvazione del nuovo Term Extension, il termine fu portato a <\/span><span style=\"color: #00458a;\"><b>95 anni<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ci\u00f2 significa che oggi, 96 anni dopo la sua ideazione, \u00e8 possibile riscrivere <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bambi<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, magari ambientando il racconto in un mondo privo di cacciatori e di fucili, oppure reinventare un <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Winnie the Pooh<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> alle prese con una dieta ipocalorica, ma NON \u00e8 possibile riutilizzare le immagini dei due iconici personaggi cos\u00ec come Disney li ha proposti nei suoi film.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il film di animazione <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bambi<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, il 5\u00b0 Classico Disney della storia, usc\u00ec infatti il 13 agosto del 1942, mentre <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le avventure di Winnie the Pooh<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), 22\u00ba <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Classico Disney<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, fu distribuito negli <\/span><span
